We expect professional, timely service with fair pricing. You should respond to leads quickly (within 2-4 hours), provide accurate quotes, and deliver quality work. We track customer satisfaction and may remove providers who consistently receive poor feedback.
Can I leave the network at any time?
Yes, there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can pause or permanently leave the network at any time with 30 days' notice. You'll remain responsible for any outstanding lead fees, but there are no penalties for leaving.
How do I get support if I have issues?
